Fun for Fall

I am always looking for fun accessories or trends that are inexpensive and can be fun to wear or use for the current season.  Cruising pinterest and other fashion blogs, a couple things have been popping up and catching my eye that made me want to jump on that train too :).

Aviator sunglasses - I am a dedicated, big, black, as Shane calls them, bug-eyed, sunglasses kind of girl.  But this year, as I am seeing aviators and I love the warm feel they give.  I have bought expensive pairs of suglasses and have lost many pairs of expensive sunglasses, so I knew that I wanted to find a cute, cheap pair or two :).  Here are a few of my favorite styling celebrities rocking some...

Honestly, I am not sure that this is even a "Fall" thing, but it is for me this year :).  Here are two cute pairs from F21 for only $5.80...

I found a gold pair and a silver pair at TJ Maxx for less than $10 each!  Everyone woman should have a well fitting, "feel like a movie star when you wear them", pair of sunnies!  Trust me :)...

I am also loving all the Cross Body purses I am seeing everywhere.  I have a Michael Kors one that I am obsessed with and wear every time I am shopping without kids, going to a ball game or just running somewhere.  These are small bags that year wear across your chest and carry just your phone, wallet, sunnies, etc. They are so cute and you will feel so trendy :)!!  You can get a versatile camel one or get a bold color!  Here are a couple cute ones that are cheap from Target.com!

Lastly, I am obsessing with lipstick! I have always just been a gloss girl, but lately I have been researching and looking for some fun Fall colors that don't make me feel like a clown :). I am currently loving red, which I have never loved before. I never found the correct shade until this year! I had to wear it for Nicole's wedding and I was clueless on what to wear. So I went to the MAC counter and they hooked me up with this..Russian Red!

It is a very versatile color and looks good on everyone! I know because all of the bridesmaids ended up wearing it because they loved it too!  This was still about $15, but I will use it a lot!

Here I am wearing it at the wedding and yesterday to work...Claire wore it too :)

I also found an in expensive one by the advice of this great blog! Revlon Colorburst in Cherry Tart. It is like a stain and you can make it as light or dark as you want...fantastic!!!!
What fun things have you found this Fall?! Do tell!!!

ALSO - don't forget about the link up Friday with your fave outfit from the week!! AND, please send me any questions you want me to answer in my vlog Thursday!!!

Rachel - I just wanted to tell you what a fabulous job you are doing with Suburban Strut! I love it! You have a fabulous sense of style and I just love to read what you come up next - I get bummed when you haven't updated in a while....lol! I have been reading your footballs & crowns blog as well as Tara's forever, I have 2 of your mom's customize bins and she made the most adorable frame for my daughter like 3 years ago and I just love reading about your families. I know you must be so busy with your family and work and updating both blogs but I just wanted to let you know that I love this blog and keep doing what you do!
God bless!
